So I made this a long time ago on my old rig and had it saved it on google drive. It was meant as a large lore friendly overhaul for Solitude to make it seem more like a medieval city that didn't just spring up overnight. A city full of history, statues, knights, tourneys, bards and minstrels, taverns, shops etc. Was meant to have voice acted NPCs and all the bells and whistles while aiming for performance and not compromising aesthetics. Lord knows if I'll ever complete it.
The large statue is that of Queen Potema the wolf queen. The chains around the warriors symbolize how she ruled Solitude, pretty much with an iron fist and how she wouldn't hesitate to put down those who opposed her.
