I really like this armor as well. I don't know where the author got his inspiration, as it doesn't really look like the style of armors saracens/africans (which I usually associate the most with the redguards) would wear in the past. But the overall design and patterns somehow remind me of the ottoman style (like some kind of armored janissary ?), and really fit the redguards ! Well, in my mind at least ;)
