Unfortunately, you are gonna have to do it yourself, I had to edit a few mods to do this...
The most important mods are found on the Nexus:
- Plague Doctor Outfit - Revenant Necromancer Robes
And the plague doctor on the left is using a mask from Bloodborne Pack by Team TAL (who have removed the mod on their site, so it's no longer available)
