   this is really cool! what's the waist cape/cloth from on the armor? ive never seen that before.

      I got it off some Russian mod site but the name escapes me since the name of the cloth in-game has some unicode bug so I can't give you the specific name. Even worse, I merge all my armors so I would have to find the name, I'll hook you up with a link when I find it.
