  Mmm.. maybe not Ganja's, but I've seen some terrible looking toes irl
  
  And there are some foot meshes for Skyrim that don't look so good. SOS, Healthy Feet.. and pretty much every CBBE foot mesh(the ankles bend terribly)

  It's actually an animated pose from Gunslicer's pose mod. Most of the anims are excessively lewd.. This one pictured above was a suggestion of mine :)

always and wanted to paint the toenails to my characters and I see that many do, is some kind of mod or something? why nail polish for the hands there are many

  Yeah there are a few make up mods that have them. Slave Tats is probably the easiest.
  
  I however, use player custom textures for my character so that only her nails are white
