IDk whats going on in my game anymore. Follower locked in shackles was a follower that i MHYH'd in my Mistwatch Tower player home.  I had added those shackles with a prisoner attached to them. Went in and took the tower, freed prisoner and mhyh'd them, Left both npcs in the cell and when i came back later it looks like the 2 of them decided to play lock up.
