Hello there so I've tweaked the skyrimprefs.ini: Under [Imagespace] you may add bDoRadialBlur=1 bDoDepthOfField=1 iRadialBlurLevel=0
Go in skyrim and underwater. Then in the ENB config: In game toggle the in-game menu of the ENB, under the UNDERWATER section of that menu you should see different parameters which should affect the tint and the transparency. Play with the different valies and you should see the results.
Withing my ENB, adjusting the tint in the underwater settings onyl controls how bright the green tint is. It doesn't actually adjust the color for me. I'll continue to experiment. Thanks for the reply, though :D
My underwater has never been green... and indeed the underwater settings adjust the brightness somehow but they don't change the color from green to blue for example. I don't really know why mine is blue. It might because of the water tint that some mods adjust like RWT2 or pure waters. You can edit those parameters with tes5edit, though i'm not sure that they really impact on the underwater color since they control the surface color (at least it was what I understood from the records).
