From Glow Elves to Snow Elves; no more blindingly white skin textures!

Just another Zebsirious V2 preview, this time of the Snow Elves.

Feature-wise, the Snow Elves were always alright, so little with them has really changed in that regard. The biggest difference is the replacement of Frozen Spirit with Frostborn, which grants Frost resistance and a bonus to Frost spells and enchantments. And there's also finally an actual racial quest to unlock their power! 

Unfortunately, the addition of a racial quest kinda makes the Ancient Falmer temple redundant, so I went ahead and removed it - for now. I'm almost certain that I'm going to reintroduce it with ZNPC. Although, if anyone wants access to it that badly, the cell still exists and can be accessed via the console.
