is there a way to make lakes deeper ?

  Yes, but only to a certain point. If you go down too much you'll hit the LOD, so you'd have to regenerate your LOD for the mod to work.

  that's the issue with the creation kit plus the fact that it can't handle seasons.
  btw do you plan to populate the lakes more ? i liked what you've done with the sea of ghosts
