Also thanks for the comment on Lobo''s post, which I ended up taking down. Images were just so dark. I think at that level of darkness they really only look good on a large screen monitor at full resolution - not as good for a nexus post. Lobo seems to end up with Piper a lot. Probably because Mac is my only real favorite male companion and he is always with Fenn. Lobo and Piper have a nice dynamic.
Wulver here is undecided. So he is simply making friends - Thrynn, Stenvar, Farkas, and that Housecarl from Markath whose name escapes me at the moment.
Wulver has a bit of a crush on both Thrynn and Stenvar. Thrynn isn't the jealous type, at least not with another guy. He sees Wulver more as a strange but likeable guild-brother. Stenvar still doesn't know what to make of him, or his flirting.
So for now Wulver is mainly making friends and meeting people. Admittedly he is very relationship shy - and that is because of his planeswalking ability and heritage. He is afraid he might have to up and leave at some point and doesn't want to hurt, or be hurt, a loved one. Thanks to the Tree of Life's gift, however, he may rethink that a little.
He might settle for someone at some point. Even Grim took a long time to finally commit to Erik, although Erik never had any doubt :) For now, however, Wulver is avoiding any serious entanglements until he has a better idea of how things will go in this world.
I liked to read about this meeting! Wulver is strong enough to remain sane after the drinking game of Sam. And I bet Lord Sanguine loved it, because it must have been boring watch so many mortals fall down without a memory after the drinking game HAHAHA This surprise gaves it a new life.
