BHUNP has the option of European XML, which will only work for itself, generally all mods with SMP are formatted with DOT instead of comma, so you would have the body with physics but everything else without, because the DLL will not understand any other smp XML that is in comma, so, changing this configuration you do not need the european option, and all other clothes with SMP in the DOT format will work! try

The same copy of skyrim was working fine in one PC but failing on another different PC and I was going absolutely crazy, nothing I did seemed to fix the issue. I had no idea why it wasn't working. Somehow I decided to look for "bhunpb europe skyrim" and finally one month later I find the fix here.
If you don't mind, I'm going to write some keywords just in case people run into the same issue and can't manage to find the post.
