This is the foyer of the Bedroom addition to the Dovakiin's Warehouse and Bedroom.

The new Bedroom has 25 mannequins, a small armory with more weapon racks and display cases, a library with space for almost 1500 books, crafting areas with all the tools, an elevated deck for parties, and a housecarl and two housekeepers who will follow you to the ends of Tamriel. And some other treasures that you will have to find, like three treasure chests hidden in a secret room.
