This is the crafting room of the Bedroom addition to the Dovakiin's Warehouse and Bedroom.

The Bedroom has 25 mannequins, a small armory with more weapon racks and display cases, a library with space for almost 1500 books, crafting areas with all the tools, an elevated deck for parties, and a housecarl and two housekeepers who will follow you to the ends of Tamriel. And some other treasures that you will have to find, as there are three treasure chests hidden in a secret room.

And there is always the Warehouse for the ultimate in storage and display.
