What mod is the dress from?

I know I've seen a Fallout 4 mod of the dress from Vtaw, but none for Skyrim/SSE.

  Thank you, this is a port of Vtaw mod for fallout 4. One good friend ported it only for private use, so sadly I cant share it for Skyrim

Always take screenshots for yourself, not some weirdos on the internet (me included.) If you like them, then someone else almost certainly will too.
Love the big hat ;p I assume this is a cosplay of Lady Dimitrescu? If so, I'd love to see any full body version ^-^

  You are not a weirdo, but a man of culture and my friend Yeah, its a Fallout 4 port of her outfit. This is not a 100% cosplay, but I think she looked good with this drees and big hat. I have lewd version of this outfit, will pload it on supporter side a bit later
