Memory Depletion BUG

Even I have a very overloaded GamePlay,  with excellent stability and 40 FPS average,   my problem in Skyrim is this CTD for memory Depletion reported for Crash Fix Plugin very often,  I already follow all the instruction to fix it,  but nothing helps,   even using the Memory optimization Mod from devourePi,  optimal settings in enblocal.ini  and so on
 
What else could be done to Fix this Bug?  :sweat:
