   its worth it tho ,it has really good armors but not all are worth taking blindly for example :
   i pref FranklyHD's dragonplate ,dragonhide ,dark brotherhood ,thieves guild ,stormcloaks armors 
   i also pref aMidian's Hide ,leather ,studded ,Steel ,Iron ,Elven ,nordhero ,draugr ,Glass armors
   a good advice is also to use Rustic Clothing as base then overview with Cathedral's for result
   All of Remiro's armors and weapons are included in Cathedral thus no need to seperate install them from his mode page.
   All Armors from Cathedral Armory have Env map enabled i think which make them shiny if you have the (_m.dds) a good point.
   none of Cathedral Armory include a patch for Dsr sadly but a good alternative is to use Better shaped weapons or as i do Believable weapons.
   
   Conclusion 95% worth installing Cathedral Armory ,which makes your labor and suffering dear TheCinderfly btw if i have to pity you it'd be because of your landscape textures lol :p

      if you think what your doing is a pain in the butt ,well am on a 4 years mission to make an all in one clutter replacer yes the whole clutter folder :v
      am 75% done ,been a long journey ,but so much rewarding

      :O Whoa ,That is quite an undertaking , I'm impressed!  I'm afraid I don't have that kind of tenacity or attention span :/
      Although Modding has gave me something to focus on and It turns out I like it more than I thought I would.
      Good Luck on your Endeavor & I hope to see the results :)
