It always bugged me that killing named dragons doesn't wield anything special, this seeks to remedy that.
It will be crafted with the six teeth and a leather strip and it will reduce shout cool down by 60%.
There are a total of 9 named dragons, but only six will have teeth, as Odavhiing can't be killed, Alduin evaporates and no one want's to kill Paarthurnax, Plus this means you'll be able to wear it during the final fight, partly for help, partly as an insult to Alduin by wearing the remains of his loyal generals.
it needs a new textures, since the dragon tooth has a cap now and the textures won't apply correctly for me and the necklace (originally ancient nord amulet) has be quite modified
I tend not to finish mods so if anyone want's to take this over I'll happily give you the model :)
