Si'vaarh, after being separated from his steed, Spectre, ends stranded in the mountain range somewhere south-west of Riften. With dusk settling over the land, a storm raging on the wind, and no sign of his trusted horse, he realizes he must spend the night in the ruins he was lucky, or perhaps unlucky, enough to stumble upon.

In the distance, a dragon's call echos across the sky.

(In other words I was encumbered with no potions of strength and I had managed to lose my horse due to a dragon attack. After chasing it down, I ended up completely lost (I don't play with a compass and try to not use the map, since the YOU ARE HERE is kind of cheating. ;3) so I whistled for my horse and dropped down my sleeping bag next to a cooking fire and slept 'til dawn. And viola, Spectre and made his way to me while I slept.)
