Hi everyone,
My Project Ultimate City Overhauls will all have to be put in WIP indefinitely as I am still waiting on perms for the JK mods and the Dawn of mods.

I have got permssion for everything else needed but these two missing make them unfinished so they are now stuck in WIP state.

I may upload them without the JK and Dawn of stuff but they will not have the same feel as I intended.

The testers of Project Ultimate Riften will keep their testing perms and can still use it but I ask them not to share it with non-testers.

And sorry all for not being able to upload them for you all to enjoy.
