Though I don't know anthing about her original.
"Though I don't know anthing about her original." (c) I didn't know anything about the original either, but I became very curious to watch this series. I'm not a fan of anime, but the first two seasons of Castlevania really liked it.
I don't even know about congratulations on the release of her preset... I mean, I've never wanted to post something personal in a public format before. But here, for some reason, I deviated from some of my principles. A lot of people have asked me to share her preset so they can play as their favorite character from the show. But of course, again no mod support, whining about me making Carmilla as a companion. Damn! And if I made a companion, they would start asking me to share the preset. Lol. People are simply impossible to please. Everyone perceives it as if I am doing them a favor by publishing such a unique mod, and even in a public release. I will now learn from my mistakes so as not to repeat them in the future! Now I perfectly understand your indignation regarding the creation of your followers! But at least your work was appreciated and not like in my case.
PS. Maybe in the future I'll make some interesting followers created specifically for the public release... But it certainly won't be something as unique as Carmilla for example. I will also now focus on completing all my projects with locations and houses, of which there are already a lot, but they are all under development.
And yeah, I understand totally what you are saying. I am bothered many, many, MANY times about presets of my characters. I am creating a new replacer now, this time without the nevernude body and using a 3ba one (what most people use, tho with a normal bodyslide and not those... well) and I am SURE that people will take something out of their ass to complain and demand. As you said, they are never happy, but as we also don't want to please anyone, is ok. I am really sorry for people that want to please the demands of strangers on internet, because is a spiral of things they will never leave. But I am also sure that some decent people are happy with your release and will have the best use of your preset. Is for those that we make mods, in the end, not the whining brats that think the world was made to please them.
"I am creating a new replacer now, this time without the nevernude body and using a 3ba ..." (c) Wow! Sounds interesting! So this project will be exclusively for the SE side or will you make a port for the LE version too? I have tested 3BA and BHUNP in my time. Although these bodies are now at the peak of popularity, for me, UUNP still remains the ideal, both in terms of aesthetics and the most realistic physics that I manually tuned. But people today have very different needs/ideals. In any case, I'm very curious to see the result of your work!
Thank you for your interest! Everything will be for both sides! I made the mod in SE (as SE CK can have a black interface, better for my eyes, and also is more stable, had no crash while using it for a loooong time, like hours!) but I backported it to LE as well. I am just fixing some issues that happens only in LE, like a strange glow in the eyes, boys are helping me with that as I tried it yesterday almost the whole day without success (I am super tired HAHA).
About the bodyslides, I have no idea how to use it till now! I just installed the meshes Manu made for us in BHUNP body (just to be a higher poly version of the common unp we use and also to use the racemenu sliders it provides) and for Aela's mod I had the help of vipermini141 to obtain the meshes, since I am using one of her bodyslides as the body for the mod. I said the weight of the character for her and she generated the meshes for me. My intention is to give a standalone armor for Aela, but till now I wasn't able to make it work properly so I will leave it for an update in future. Soon I have the LE version fixed I will send to you in DM if you wanna test. My idea is to publish the mod in September 1st.
As for all my upcoming releases, most of them will be exclusive to LE. Since I do all the work in the LE editor and I myself am still a fan of this particular version. Except for a big cosmetic mod I'm also working on and some followers. Just like that, to attract an audience and more interest in my mods from the outside. A kind of strategic plan. No more.
"About the bodyslides, I have no idea how to use it till now!" (c) I thought you already began to master this area too ... It would seem that there is nothing complicated in creating a BodySlide, but I still have not learned how to make high-quality conversions for outfits. For some reason, this process turned out to be more difficult for me than working in the Creation Kit.
"Soon I have the LE version fixed I will send to you in DM if you wanna test. My idea is to publish the mod in September 1st." (c) Sure, send it! I will be happy to test your work and take some atmospheric large format shots for your gallery!
About the releases, especially when you use no masters of other mods and use vanilla resources, people can easily port your mods for SE to use privately without trouble. Is so easy that even I can do it HAHAHA
As I can find most of the outfits I want for unp or BHUNP, I don't thought that was useful now take a time to learn properly to work in bodyslides. The bodies I use are super simple too and I don't have much trouble with it. To make conversion of outfits to another bodies I think you are right, I never tried myself but sounds like a cirurgical type of work.
Thank you for the test and the images you want to make, I appreciate it a lot!
For example, I have never reinstalled my Sky since the first installation from some torrent site. It was, like, early 2014... All updates, patches, DLCs, etc., I installed exclusively manually, never used NMM or other programs to install mods or anything that automatically changes the game. With the exception of the SaveTool utility for cleaning saves after removing mods. And to this day, I continue to use this particular Sky, which works like a clock, without lags, crashes, fps drops and other unpleasant things.
I had a problem last week that made me think I would have to reinstall the game. More precisely, reinstall on a working backup copy of the game that I periodically update and store on a separate hdd in case I suddenly break something. So, in my Skyrim, stuttering began in absolutely any location. I could not understand the reason for this lag. Tried to play without ENB, uninstalled all the latest installed mods, assuming I made some mistake when porting the mods. But these stutters still continued. During stuttering, fps dropped to 10 or less and then, after a few seconds, returned to the usual 55-60 again. I didn't reinstall the game as I was very curious to find the source of this problem. Just the other day I found it. It was because of one accessory for which I did a very heavy retexture and saved the dds file incorrectly. At this time, I was just playing characters with this accessory. My Sky is already almost entirely built from textures in 4K. Apparently the game said that this is too much. Lol. So, this is a clear example of those very lags due to the inattention of the players and not the Skyrim version.
"The only thing I can complain about SE is it being VERY colorful." (c) This is the biggest reason why I still use LE to this day! Lol. Even with cold ENB, colors look very vibrant. I especially don't like how the skin of the characters looks. About lovers of landscapes, I generally keep quiet. This is real grief for them! Rudy NAT III is aimed primarily at the interior. The author has not yet reached the open world, weather and other things. The project looks still damp but still very promising! We will follow its development! Silent Horizons is an interesting ENB. I definitely like the way it looks in some of the authors. This is really a kind of analogue of cold ENBs created for LE. Plus, a large set of LUT filters! So, I perfectly understand your choice!
Regarding the conversion of outfits, I completely agree with you and what you wrote under the Spoiler. Everything is exactly like that! But I will make a small remark about myself. In my case, the figure of my heroines is even smaller-slender than that of the classic UNP. And when using most UNP outfits, they have small seams on the neck and arms.I'm not talking about the authors adding HDT physics for corsets or leather outfits! Of course not! It will look terrible! But you can make a BodySlide file without physics so that players can adjust the outfit if they want - that would be very cool! Hahah... After all, not all the same lovers of huge asses and waists?! So I'll say it again, this would be great for just a little adjustment. I already have a lot of outfits and accessories in my collection that I want to adapt to UUNP. Especially various lace accessories, dresses and other aesthetic items for ladies. And I don't think that changing them to more slender bodies than the originals will spoil their appearance in any way.
Regarding the release, it is quite possible. Since I created this character exclusively for one set, but in the future, I don’t even know what to do with it. But there are a number of difficulties with the release! If this is a preset, then for a complete, correct copy of her appearance, you will need all the mods that I used to create the character. Most of them are private. And I will have to test the preset on other textures for the bodies before the release. But as for the follower, here you can no longer worry that you will not have any mods. But I still have very little experience in creating followers.
In short, I'll think about it! If anything, the releases will be here: https://boosty.to/funerallmods And exclusively for Skyrim LE.
I wonder wich skin texture yo used?
"I wonder wich skin texture yo used?" (c) For all my lady characters, I use the Hieroglyphics Skin Project by ats321. This is an analogue of Fair Skin Complexion only with a number of changes and better detailing.
The way she was shown in the series is just awful! At the beginning she spoke such seemingly smart topics, everything was logical, reasonable. I very liked this character! (even despite my favorite type of female appearance) But then, these tantrums began, emotions with some kind of fanaticism...
Well, I don’t believe that some vampire living such a huge life, who managed to organize everything in such a way, just take it and change so quickly, discarding a huge life experience and begin to succumb to emotions! Some nonsense! Basically, exactly the same problems with vampire scenarios as in vanilla Skyrim!
PS. But if we ignore the non-logical stupid scenarios, then the series is quite a good one.I don’t like anime very much, but I managed to master this one, which means I can give a plus.
Sniff* I want a new game.... lol Nice work again!
Edit:
I admire it all the more because working with such an imperfect tool as RaceMenu is a torment.
Creating characters in Racemenu, or rather exclusively in Face Sculpting, is as interesting to me as virtual photography. Especially after the video tutorials from Pandorable, thanks to which I mastered the principle of work. In fact, it's all very exciting, but it requires a lot of free time and iron nerves! Lol!
PS. I usually have a very negative attitude towards various anime, except for something in the style of Vampire Hunter D. But I just could not help but watch Castlevania (TV series) Hahah... If all anime were drawn in this style, I would probably reconsider my opinion about it. But the plot of Castlevania really sucks! Although it all started so interesting ... Damn christianity is shown from the right side, good morality, smart things and stuff like that. But then came the cute themes that just spoiled the whole plot with their snot and sentimentality! My son really liked the series, but I was disappointed. ))
