Jojjo's amazing Frostmourne and Lich King'S armor mod
I used some console commands for the eyes and as a race i copied Arthas 1:1 but with the black skull warpaint.

To get the eyes you need to transform yourself into a draugr ready your weapon and switch back to original race, its quite bugged though but still it looks nice, doesn't it? ^^
