This mod lets you build and customize your home to your liking. You will be able to choose from several themes to decorate your home as you wish. When you are finally able to build your own basement, you are then given the option of adding a hidden cave to the basement, accessible through a moving bookcase. You can select the hidden lair to be themed as a Vampire lair or Werewolf lair.

The vampire lair features a purplish unholy haze, and several poisonous plants dot the room and can be harvested for making poisons. You also have captives, one of which is dead and being drained of blood, the other is kept asleep through an unholy spell, and can be fed on at any time. You also get a coffin, of course.
