do you installed texturemods lately, or other mods? I would recommend a reinstallation.

i had some similar problems... if nothing helps, reinstalling the game should do it.
sucks with a lot of mods but whatever..
thats why i have a few backups of the game while it still worked... only takes about 40GB disk space lol
