My wood elve do it wrong

Hello everybody ! I post this image because my caracter seems to have a bug with the blacksmithing ; The metal bar is reversed and attached on her wrist. So she hit nothing with her hammer >. I tryed to play the game with only the skyrim.esm and update.esm checked , i also tryed without the data/meshes folder and in both cases , the bug remains. Any ideas ?
