About this image

...or at least as close as I think it gets, personally. No faded colors, all high res textures and a personally customized ENB (based off Enhanced Motion Picture ENB as a wonderful basis).

    ok, thanks woodmangamer. i'll probably have to stick to immersive environment for now though i generally don't notice the slightly jagged edges too often. i have the game's AA maxed, at least so that'll be all right for now!

    thanks for the advice guys, i'm always looking to take my game another step or five hundred further

    *edit* i'm already using immersive environment fxaa injector, so i'm guessing i can only have one or the other?

    It looks beautiful.

    On my system (couple of 5770s) SMAA's performance hit is sometimes greater than that, but you can toggle it on/off with the "pause" key, so it's not really an issue - and results can be really rewarding.

    Here is a link on the Nexus for SMAA:
    http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16233
    It uses Ultra by default but I *think* it is supposed to cause something like only 2fps drop even then. I guess give it a try, don't forget to set proxy functions in your enb.ini mine looks like this:

    [PROXY]
    EnableProxyLibrary=true
    InitProxyFunctions=true
    ProxyLibrary=d3d9_smaa.dll

    The last line obviously must correspond to the exact filename of the smaa, it is correct in my case just make sure you change it if the filename is different, probably the same as mine though.

    Turn all other AA off (both in-game and through your Nvidia/ATI control panel (or turn off in-game and set those to use in-game settings)). You can leave fxaa on though if you want.

    ah, that's the first i've heard of it. i googled it, and i agree! what kind of performance hit could i expect upon adding it? i can maintain about 30fps with settings as they are, but i'm only running a single ati HD 5850, and obviously don't have a lot of vram to spare (or fps worth sacrificing haha).

    thanks for the suggestion.

    Looks nice! Might I suggest some SMAA injection to finish off the effect as the edges are the only downside to your look, otherwise beautiful :-)
