This is cool, I'm not sure I'm convinced they are Mannequins they look like followers told to Wait Here. Doesn't matter, I like this image regardless and I love the facial features....the eyes are really nice looking better then the eyes I have for my NPC. I don't recognize the building they are in either is this a Mod? If they are indeed Mannequins I'd love to have them in my game they're purdy to look at...Hee Hee.
