This mod adds a chance for most standard Stormcloaks to spawn with different armor other than Stormcloak gear:
Details:
Normal
-------------------
30% chance of normal armor
15% chance of spawning without a helmet
A chance of spawning with other rebel hold Guard Cuirass
-5% chance for Winterhold Guard Cuirass
-10% chance for Pale (Dawnstar) Guard Cuirass
-20% chance for Rift (Riften) Guard Cuirass
20% chance for spawning with Normal and Banded Iron Armor
Option 1
------------
30% chance to spawn with normal armor
5% chance to spawn with Stormcloak Officer/Bear armor
10% chance of spawning without a helmet
A chance of spawning with other rebel hold Guard Cuirass
-5% chance for Winterhold Guard Cuirass
-10% chance for Pale (Dawnstar) Guard Cuirass
-20% chance for Rift (Riften) Guard Cuirass
20% chance for spawning with Normal and Banded Iron Armor

I can add optional esps with different chances if requested.
NOTE: you will have to wait for cells to respawn for these changes to take effect.
