the day!
While there are quite a few mods that change the effects and game mechanics of Skooma, this one simply changes the model and texture to be more visually
interesting. To install, simply extract into your data folder or use a mod manager.
This is my very first mod, so feedback is appreciated! And do alert me to any goofs and/or gaffs I may have partaken in while stumbling around the creation kit
with no idea as to what I was doing.
