Falkreath Cottage
This home can be located right next to Falkreath, and has no requirements beyond the base game. Do note, any mods that add towns/trees or change the landscape around Falkreath are NOT compatible with this. I had to remove a few trees to make room for the home. Other than that, it should run fine. This is my first house mod, so any feedback is appreciated. To Download: Drag and drop the .esp file in your Skyrim Data folder. Then, make sure to activate the .esp in the mod manager you're using
