Grants a ring with the Ebony Mail enchantment that can be disenchanted (DA02EnchPoisonCloak) after loading the game (if you've completed Boethiah's Calling), or after receiving the Ebony Mail during gameplay. If you don't want to wait I recommend using AddItemMenu to give yourself the ring which you can disenchant right away.
For maximum compatibility no vanilla records have been edited. Can be trivially ported to SSE, simply resave the plugin in Creation Kit 64.
Requires: No Enchantment Restrictions, so I can avoid needing to edit any vanilla records or require any patching in xEdit (Worn Restrictions Formlist on the vanilla record).
Known Issues: The conditions on the original enchantment don't seem to carry over onto newly enchanted items, so the effects will always be active. At present I don't believe there is much that can be done about this. Seems relatively benign, just unequip the enchanted item.
