When I made the Olrun preset I wasn't familiar with presets or sculpting or body sliders, etc But I have learned and I really like how Urve came out, still tinkering with stuff. I made the Lestat preset cause I couldn't find one and I was in desperate need of handsome vampire content so I self indulged and tried to make one myself, I don't play male characters in skyrim so I'm not really familiar with their facial options but hopefully this can act as a base for a more skilled modder.

Because I use very few mods for the faces, The presets will look different based on what mods you use but ultimately lighting/bloom is a life saver and makes faces look better. I also sculpted Urve's nose and Lestat's cheeks and jaw so racemenu is a requirement.
