Allows Thanes to get away with smaller crimes once per day. It fixes the "wait, I know you..." dialogue too.

In vanilla the title of Thane allows you to pull rank once and that's it, whether you stole a sweet roll or murdered someone. This mod aims to prevent you from getting away with murder by pulling rank but allows you to pull rank often for minor crimes.
In vanilla, when you have a low bounty guards will say "wait I know you...". If you continue the conversation then you could get arrested but if you leave then they forget about the whole thing. As a result, this mod also edits arrest dialogue slightly so that if you exit conversation after a guard says "wait I know you..." the game counts it as resisting arrest.
How does it work?
In vanilla, there are 18 variables in-game that increase if you've used your "get out of jail free card". One for each of the 9 holds (x2 for both Imperial or Stormcloak control). This alters a few vanilla scripts to not increase any of the 18 variables when pulling rank.
This means that it WILL NOT work in a location you have already used your Thane pass without this mod if you install mid-game.
I have also changed the "I would rather die than go to prison" resist arrest option line to "you'll never catch me" and made it available as an option when a guard says "wait I know you". This allows the mod to make the guard think you are resisting arrest and turn hostile if you walk away.
There are three main files, each with a different max bounty you can pull your thane card - 100, 200 or 500 gold.
Install/Uninstall
Can be installed any time but as mentioned before you CANNOT use your thane dialogue if you have already used it in the same hold with the same ruling faction as when you used it. Simply use a mod manager or extract it into the data folder.
No constantly running scripts so you can uninstall this at any time too. Use a mod manager or delete the esp and relevant script files.
Compatibility
Not compatible with mods that edit the same dialogue or scripts. I know Crime Overhaul does for example. Use TesVedit to check if you are not sure.
