This mod simply unequips everything (spells, weapons, shields and torches) in both hands and puts you in a bare knuckles stance when used.
I started using this as a shortcut to reenter the ability to block after using heals during combat, if I just want to start punching and do less damage to my victim or switch to a different type of equipped configuration on the fly by just using my shortcuts keys so I didn't have to open the favorites menu or Inventory to change things around.
It'll appear as BareKnuckles in your inventory.
