Fixes the hoodless Thalmor robes by giving them the high collar that is missing.

Have you ever looked at the hoodless Thalmor robes and thought to yourself "there's something missing?".
Did you realize after a while, that the reason why they look so off is because the high collar that the robes have with the hood on is missing from the hoodless model?
Well, I did, and after much waiting for someone to do something about it, I decided to take matters into my own hands.
The mod does exactly as it says it does. It gives the high collar that the hooded robes have to the hoodless robes.
Now the Thalmor can look like the evil villains that they're meant to be, with their fancy and machiavellian collars. Hurray.
I have also taken the liberty of giving the hoodless Thalmor robes to Rulindil in the Thalmor Embassy, as a way for the player to aquire the robes, if they so desire.
COMPATIBILITY
Any mod that alters the Thalmor robes in any way may not be compatible.
Clothing and Clutter Fixes is not compatible, since CCF separates the Thalmor robes and the hood. I will work on a patch later.
I edited the textures of the female Thalmor robes, so that the shirt that pops from underneath the robe is white and not blue as the robe. So any retexture mods will conflict with this mod.
