This mod is a LE backport of Shaysjhyar/Allison Wade's SSE mod . Description below is copied from original SE mod.

I have remade the whole mod from scratch, fixed the quest and the scripts, and tried to make everything run better.

What's new:
- Now you have all in one .esp, flagged as light - no other patch needed.
- I made the quest a Miscellaneous one, so it won't bother you too much in your quests journal, you'll only have a tiny line among the other Misc quests to remind you to wear the ring to get married.
- The quest will not complete so you can remarry as many times as you want
- I fixed the dialogue conditions so that if you already married an NPC the marry me dialogue won't pop up again
- The Ring of Love will now give you a speech bonus when wearing
- Added the facegen of the Priest that was missing before
- Added Gelebor's voiced reply as requested in the comments
- Remade the marriage voice list and probably added more unique voices that weren't there before, but if I missed some let me know.

How to safely update
- Uninstall the previous version and the patch
- Make a new hard save
- Install the new version
- Go back to the Temple of Talos in Windelm and talk to the priest again to buy a new ring
- Enjoy :D

(if the quest doesn't start, try with the console, type: setstage AwTalosMarriage 0 or 10 if you have the ring)

Who said that only Mara can unite you with your soul mate?
The Nord have their own ways and Talos can now bless your love union.

Long story short, I made this mod for my roleplaying and since I make A LOT of NPCs myself and I like to change the main story around, I am always stumped by the fact that there are only a limited number of voice types that have the marriage dialogue and if you try to marry some non-canon NPC it will break the ceremony, or you’ll have a hard time proposing etc.
Since this seems to work without issues, I thought I could share with you all romantic people.
This mod is also thought for those that want to marry some unique NPCs that need to be stuck in some location or are tied to some important quests and would break the game if they move or do other stuff.

So how does it work?

- Go to Windhelm and enter the Temple of Talos. You’ll find a priest named Tiberius. Talk to him and he will explain everything you need to know (pretty much similar to the Mara quest, you buy a ring instead of an amulet).

- Equip the ring.

- Now you’ll be able to propose to nearly any NPC in the game (except children, animals, and spooky creatures). I tried to include most human/humanoid voice types. There is no other catch, no need to befriend them or do quests for them. Even if they are already married. Just go there and pop the question. (Some NPCs might have a forced dialogue before you can propose to them).

- As soon as the NPC replies “Of course”, they become your spouse. They’ll be added to your marriage faction with the rank of lover. (I included some voice files where I generated the answer with Xvasynth, but since there are a ton of voices I didn’t do all of them and some NPCs will not have a voiced reply – you can use Fuz Ro D-oh to fill the blanks but it’s not necessary).

- Nothing else will happen. The spouse will not move, nor open a shop and give you money or cook for you. If they have the romance lines they will greet you with those, call you my love etc. but that’s all.

So what’s the point?
This is mainly useful if you have mods like Flower Girls or similar that allow you to have some fun times with your spouse or somehow enhance the marriage experience. I tested personally with Flower Girls and it works fine, you can kiss etc. as soon as you get married.
Also the point is not to break the game, the main quests, and everything by relocating the NPCs to a place where they don’t belong.
It’s called love of the unlovable because they can get some love and still go on with their lives and duties.

Other quick questions:

Can I marry Serana?
Of course. (And she will reply with her voice). You don’t even need to do the whole Dawnguard questline.

Can I marry Elisif, Ulfric, Brynjolf?
Yes, yes, YES. They will still keep doing their stuff but you can get back to them and have some romantic time when you feel like it.

Can I marry a random guard/soldier that looks cute or that wench #353 in that remote Inn?
Pretty much yes. I only found a few side characters that don’t work, like Mr. Pelagia for some reason. The downside is that non-unique, randomly generated NPCs can die or disappear if you don’t use another mod to get them to follow you, so I wouldn’t recommend that.

Can I marry more than once? Can I divorce? What if my spouse “accidentally” dies?
You cannot divorce, but you can marry as many NPCs as you want. Or just one. Your game, your choice.

What if I’m already married?
Due to a technicality, Talos is not recognized by the Empire and this marriage is not 100% legal, so one can go for it and get a secret spouse on the side, but the game will always refer to the “official” one in your interactions.

Can I still do the Mara quest and marry someone else?
It doesn’t work the other way around. The game will know you already have a spouse and Mara do not approve of polygamy. So if you want to do the vanilla wedding you have to do it first.

I accidentally "lost" the ring, what do I do?
I listed the ring as a vendor item so with a bit of luck you might find another one while shopping. If not, you can add it via console:
type help "ring of love" to find the ID, then type player.additem [ID] 1

This mod sucks, the X, Y and Z mods are way better. Why bother?
I tried some other mods but none of them did what I wanted or how I wanted. If you don’t like it or don’t think this works for you, there are many other options out there.

Can you do this or fix that or add that other thing?
I might consider adding more voice files (It’s just a line but there are a ton of them) if really really needed.
If you find a bug or something broken, please let me know.
I don’t think I will add more to this, it was just a quick fix made as a workaround without having to change too much of the gameplay or wait for days to seduce the same guy my character marries at each game play.

Did you change the NPCs? Does it work with this or that other mod?
I didn’t touch any of the NPCs. I added the priest as a new essential character so there won’t be issues with him dying, the quest is not dependent on anything so you shouldn’t have compatibility problems.
Even if you have a mod that changes the Temple interior (JK’s for example) you should still be able to find the priest somewhere, maybe in the back rooms if not in front of the shrine.
I made a Form List with the most common voices and the quest will check if the NPC you are speaking to has one of those voice types (and you equipped the ring), nothing else.

I use this <obscure lewd mod> and I can’t get some fun time with my spouse, can you fix it?
Sorry, no. I don’t know how other mods work and I probably don’t know how to fix the issue. As I said, I tested with Flower Girls and it works, I don’t know about others, you’ll have to figure it out yourself.

Does it work with custom followers and other modded NPCs?
If they use one of the vanilla voices, then yes, it will work. If they have a custom voice, then no.
If you want to patch it, it’s pretty simple, just open this mod and the NPC's mod in the creation kit and then add the voice type of the follower to the Form List called “AwTalosMarriageVoice”.
You can even go the extra mile and add a voice and lip file that says “Of course” to the Sound/voice/AwTalosMarriageRedone.esp folder (just copy the name of the other ones). Skyrim magic will do the rest.
I won’t do patches myself and I won’t go bother other modders for you.
