Decided to make a lore friendly excuse to get this helmet on game start and not just sell that stupid hide helmet back to them to hurt their feelings for the 3842 time. You must be wearing a novice mage hood initially in order to get the dialogue from a blacksmith or not, You may craft it anyway with out hearing their jaws flap because you live life on the edge.
