This mod tweaks the Summoner perk as to have only one tier that offers the strength of its previous second tier.
I feel like no other changes were required for the Conjuration school, and as such, there was no need to Make Conjuration Great Again.
It makes no unsafe changes to the Conjuration tree or to any other perk.
