A new glacier and ice cave mod.
A lot of glaciers have a higher polycount, new lod textures and seperated snow layers.
You will never see too dark or shiny snow again.

This is a backport of Northern Ice mod thanks to open permissions by the author T4gtr34um3r. The description below is copied from the original mod.
What the mod does:
It was never a secret that I was quite unhappy with my Glorious Glaciers.
I had to choose between the material I wanted or to get proper snow rendering.
Northern Ice solves this problem. I created a seperate snow layer on top of the meshes instead projecting the snow on the glacier.
This was the important step to create the ice material that I really wanted.
I increased the polycount of the glaciers too and created new ice cave textures to provide a uniform look.
Compatibility:
The mod is incompatible with any glacier retexture or remesh mods.
