This is a backport of Wizard Challenger Wears Robes mod thanks to open permissions by the author Awuga. The description below is from the original mod.
Overview
Changes the random Wizard Challenger event npc to be wear adept destruction robes and hood instead of his bandit furs.
Vanilla version simply changes the inventory of the NPC such that his outfit is that of Hooded Adept Destruction robes. Does not change any leveled lists.
