You are also more likely to get in contact with me there then in Nexus PMs
You can find it here

Notes from Turtle:  (PLEASE READ)
Make a Bashed Patch and wait a few in game days before complaining about stuff not spawing
Use on a new save I will not help mid-save as the size of the mod could make many issues if added mid-save
Do not remove mid-save YOU WILL BREAK YOUR SAVE
Untested with IA and IW as I do not have enough time to slowly download both to test with the sh*t that is AUS internet

I was able to cut out the SPID and SKSE 64 bits as they are not needed to make the mod work
The SKSE bit for those who need to know are for custom crafting stuff that is not 100% required by the mod
This does not mean I magicly can do SKSE 64 mods so do not spam me with SKSE 64 requests

Patches will be made on request

Compatibility notes from Turtle: (PLEASE READ)

1. This has a built in guard armour overhaul so do not use it with a guard armour overhaul

2. Untested with IA and IW but I would recomened this over IA because of how they interact IW can work with a Bashed Patch
(Immersive Weapons works just make a Bashed Patch)

3. Mods that edit level list need a Bashed Patch end of story I do not care if you like Wyre Bash or not just use it unless you want to patch it by hand

4. Mods that edit stats of base game armour and weapons may need a patch if they are touched
Loading this mod after all of them can solve the issue if it is simple
(This only really edits Skyforge so most stuff will have no issue)

5. Mods that edit outfit code which is stuff that replaces full outfits
This does not mean NPCs as NPC code and outfit code is not the same
(Most mods will be fine as most mods just add a outfit to a NPC by a new outfit instead of editing old ones)

6. Mods that edit the "Take Up Arms" quest
It is very unlikely you have something that edits this

7. No NPCs have been edited so it will work with all NPC replacers of your choice

8. Bodyslides, I have not ever made a bodyslide or edited it so I have no clue and all I know is they work with any body anyway just without the masive tits

Ripped from the original description:

Introducing:

Arms and armor are essential tools of any Dragonborn. Be you a hardened smithy or a dungeon crawler, a lawbringer or a fashion icon, every adventurer expresses themselves through the items they wear and carry.

What is Sentinel?

Sentinel is an overhaul of Skyrim's equipment, intended to increase the variety of armors, weapons, and clothing items available to the player. Using leveled lists, the mod introduces new variations of the game's standard items, which have the opportunity to appear in the same places the original items would normally.

For example, the Dragonborn might acquire an Iron Helmet after looting a dungeon chest, defeating a bandit, or trading with a blacksmith. With Sentinel installed, that Iron Helmet could be a Northern Iron Helmet, or a Rugged Iron Helmet, both of which are pictured below:

Each of these items - the Iron Helmet, the Northern Iron Helmet, and the Rugged Iron Helmet - are functionally identical. They possess the same stats, appear in the same locations, and are crafted the same way. None of the game's original items are entirely replaced.

What equipment is added?

Sentinel features, with permission, popular assets created by NordWarUA, Cabal120, Maty743, Sandaron, gearshout, Billyro, MANHUNTER69, Darenii, and Ellise. You do not need to download any additional mods for the items in this mod to appear. Thank you to each of these authors, they are each wonderful artists.

Here is a list of the equipment this mod adds:

What are this mod's requirements?

Sentinel does not require any additional mods for its items to appear throughout the world.

However, I highly encourage you to use this mod alongside Spell Perk Item Distributor and Constructible Object Custom Keyword System, as this mod includes configuration files for each. Consider them soft requirements.

The SPID file distributes some armors to some named NPCs around the world, who would otherwise be wearing their normal outfits. Examples include Kodlak wearing the unique Harbinger's Armor, and Orcish chieftans wearing uncraftable Warchief Armor.

The Constructible Object file significantly improves the categorization logic of the Smithing menu using keywords introduced by Sentinel. Considering this mod introduces a lot of new craftable items, this file should greatly reduce the amount of time you spend looking for an item you want to craft.

There are also patches available to make other popular armor mods use this framework. And speaking of patches...

How is compatibility? Also, didn't you just release a mod like this, then hide it?

A few users might have seen me upload a mod called Thuldor's Integrated Armory about a week ago, which was very similar to this mod. Upon release, I came to realize that the mod possessed several design flaws — from trying to rebalance every base game armor piece, to needlessly shuffling the original Smithing perk tree, to several lingering errors from development that would be nightmarish to try and hunt down.

I decided I could do better, so rewrote the whole thing.

Sentinel has no hard requirements. It is balanced around the original game, and has patchless compatibility with the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch. It does not touch any perk records or NPC records. Never say never, but many users should be able to easily plug this mod into their existing setups.

This mod also doesn't change the filepaths for any of the assets from their original mods. That way retextures of the original mods should work out of the box. I recommend Xavbio's retextures and NordWarUA Improved Upscaled Textures.

I encourage all users to check out Sentinel's dedicated Patch Collection Pagewhich contains patches for several popular armor mods, SimonRim overhauls, and other leveled list and crafting mods. A big thank you to MissileMann for his help making some of these patches, as well as checking over my work after I finished the rewrite. He's been an enormous help.

I (Thuldor) assembled this mod in xEdit, but it would not exist without the assets and tools of people listed below.

NordWarUA, for creating and granting permission to use their many armor and weapon assets.
Cabal120, for opening permissions on aMidianBorn's skyforge steel and wolf assets.
Maty743, for opening permissions on Bosmer Armor Pack assets.
Sandaron, for opening permissions on their Eastern Dwemer Armor assets.
gearshout, for opening permissions on their Rogue Nord Armor assets.
Billyro, for opening permissions on their weapon assets.
MANHUNTER69, for opening permissions on their Imperial Battlemage assets.
Darenii, for opening permissions on their Nordic Leather Armor assets.
Ellise, for opening permissions on their Wayfarer's Coat assets.
JDJ3 and deletepch, for creating NordWarUA integration mods that inspired me to make my own.
Parapets, for Constructible Object Custom Keyword System.
powerofthree and sasnikol for Spell Perk Item Distributor.

Thank you again to MissileMann for assisting with patches, and reviewing the main plugin before release.

Though it is not a requirement, this mod's functionality takes heavy inspiration from deletepch's Open World Loot. I used it as a model for learning how to distribute items through leveled lists.

NordWarUA assets were sourced from Sons of Skyrim, Realistic Armor, NordWarUA's Vanilla Armor Replacers, NordWarUA's Race Armor Expansion, Heavy Nordic Armor, Nordic Fur Armor, and Unplayable Faction Armors.

Each of these pages credit several additional authors who helped port assets, create patches, or who contributed in other miscellaneous ways to the various source mods. I've not used all of the assets from each of these mods, but for the sake of completeness, here's as comprehensive of a list as I could put together regarding who has contributed to these assets as they exist today:

Thank you to Mr Dave, iceboxX708, BGSMERP, WizKid34, Raxyx7, KaptainCnucklz, JazzKiwifruit, TH3WICK3D1, lord0fwar, InsanitySorrow, redxavier, Afro, Registrant, Toasty Fresh, Ghogiel, Gimora, Azraille, and Vaultman30. Thank you to CD Projekt Red for creating some of the assets ported over by some of these mod authors.
