Adds two spells as start spells for player to remove shaders and effects from themselves or from other actors.
I made this backport after having had an issue with my Hearts of Darkness included Mihailmods Imps that had a strange interaction with PC Headtracking and Voice, that I use.
The issue was that after fighting those imps, I got two pairs of their wings spawn on my character.
This mod has resolved this utterly and instantly for me.
Thank you to Mihail for the solution!
This will work of course in many other situations, but this specific one is already tried and true. It will specifically work with both any Imps mod released by Mihailmods as well.
The edit is basically I removed the spells and magic effects that added stuff like glowing eyes to draugr and such, I really only want this for the removal of effects.
