Removes the vanilla 75% magicka regen enchantment from the Hooded Necromancer Robes so you can enchant it with whatever you want.

Ever had a sweet texture replacer for the Hooded Necromancer Robes you wanted to rock or wanted to wear them for the sake of roleplay only to change your mind because the vanilla enchantment is poop from a butt?
I realize this is a very specific use case, but I made this for myself and decided to share it here. This mod removes the vanilla enchantment entirely so you can enchant it with whatever you want, allowing your fashion to be viable well into the late game.
No dependencies except the base game.
Install as normal with your mod manager of choice.
