Adds a Bound Quiver spell to the game similar to the creation club mod, compatible with the Mystic Binding and Dual Casting perks.

This mod adds a tome underneath the player bed in the Hall of Attainment at the college of Winterhold that teaches a Bound Quiver spell. Statistically it is the exact same as the creation club mod by the same name. The quiver and arrows use the exact same model as those used by the Bound Bow and similarly despawn whenever you exit the cell that they were in.
Unlike the creation club mod this spell is cast as a spell rather than a power and is appropriately sorted under the conjuration tab in the players magic menu. This provides the benefit of being able to dual cast the spell for an extended duration however does mean that you have to re-equip your bow after casting the spell.
