If you are having problems with stuttering and freezing, I suggest installing the "Optimized" variant.

About mod
Well... I think that nobody expects any visual fireworks from the configuration file, but maybe it will blend well with some ENB mods.
When I compared with the default settings by the game, I managed to improve the quality of shadows inside buildings, the quality of shadows from the sun and smooth them out to make them a bit more similar to those from the Special Edition.
I also managed to increase the render range of trees, grass and other objects (including shadows).
If we want shadows in a higher resolution, we have to lower their render range, so I tried to find this balance between sharpness and their range.
I also increased the resolution of reflections and turned off tree reflections because I think that water looks better without them.
As I mentioned above, I recommend loading some ENB or ReShade mods to really improve the game visually, or even installing .esp mods to bypass the limitations of the .ini file.
Installation
Once you have finished downloading the archive, unzip it and put its 'My Games' folder into your Documents folder and repleace existing file (if you have).
Potential bugs and problems
If you had different mouse settings, I recommend adjusting them to your own.
If we can't adjust these values in the game settings, we can also change them in SkyrimPrefs.ini.
The fMouseCursorSpeed for mouse sensitivity in the main menu and UI, and fMouseHeadingSensitivity for the camera rotation speed in the game.
When we reinstall game or add a some mods from the Steam Workshop, the launcher may reset our settings to default, so I recommend making a backup file or changing permissions to "Read Only".
