Greatly improves the face of the Markarath's vagabond Cairine to make her good-looking for marriage and/or companion usage. It does not changes the NPC's stats or body, just her face. I recommend using the mods shown below to get the complete Beautiful Cairine experience.
Install
======================
Use NMM or simply extract in Skyrim/Data folder. Then activate the .esp and that's all.
Uninstall

Delete Beautiful Cairine.esp
Delete Data/Textures/Actor/Character/Facegendata/Facetint/Skyrim.esm/000d66fe.dds
Delete Meshes/Actors/Character/Facegendata/Facegeom/Skyrim.esm/000d66fe.nif
