the bedroom is already bigger from start
just buy your decoration from the vendor there

my own private breeze home with my own custom housewife called ebony ( and yes got ebony armour )
got my own secret basement were you can store your weapons or hang them on the wall ( still need to work on mannequins will come some day )
its an old mod had to fix the nav mesh crashing thats fixed still need to fine tune the nav mesh but its 80% done
