Adds a basement to Breezehome, purchasable along with the other upgrades from the steward in Dragonsreach.

Adds a basement to Breezehome, purchasable along with the other upgrades from the steward in Dragonsreach. Cost is 800 gold.
In the basement you will find: an arcane enchanter, two mannequins, two storage chests, two bookshelves (for up to 90 books), and two weapon racks.
Installation:
Place the contents of the archive in your Skyrim/Data directory. Works with Nexus Mod Manager.
It doesn't matter if you've already purchased all the other additions to Breezehome before adding this mod. Simply go talk to the steward again and he will have the basement addition for sale.
