Northwatch Keep is one of two territories controlled by the Thalmor in Skyrim. This is the third ruin fort I've repaired. The quest "Missing In Action" is not affected by this. These are the following changes:
* Wooden walls haven been removed.
* Fort's walls have been rebuild and moved to a semi perfect rectangle
* The tower has been repaired
* Ruin pillars in the exterior and interior have been removed
