This is a simple mod. I switched the Shadowcloak of Nocturnal from a Power to a Lesser Power, so that you can use it more than once a day. I pretended to care about balance by reducing the spell's duration from 2 minutes to 1 minute.
I'd consider this a cheat, but at least you "have" to earn it via completing the Thieves Guild questline.
