1) Download manually 2) Extract to desktop 3) Extract the .bsa to desktop... I use BSAUnpacker 4) Delete the .bsa as you have everything needed from it. 5) Compress (Zip) the files 6) Add manually MO/NMM, Play!!
This works great in SE but it needs a patch with Legacy of the Dragonborn, with the two we get a big old tree on the steps leading to the museum entrance as well as loads of floating plants in that area, they can be deleted with the console thankfully but would be much nicer for immersion sake if a patch would be done, I wish I knew how to make one I'd do it myself as I adore how this makes Solitude look.
Hey there Aplestormy, My name is Habalak and I'd like to thank you for making all the wonderful Towns and Villages Enhanced mods over the years! Ever since I started using them in 2014 they've been staples of my playthroughs and I really can't imagine the land of skyrim without them anymore since they are so beautiful and immersive!
With the Special Edition released and modders renewing their work all over the place I was wondering if you'd be willing to port these excellent mods over to SSE at some point.
If not, then would you be willing to give me permission to continue them for you?

I second this. None of the existing Skyrim SE mods make Solitude as beautiful as yours. When this happens, just please make sure that a patch is made for Dawn of Skyrim (director's cut) and Legacy of the Dragonborn. Thanks for making such an amazing mod!
